When God Paints

I was sent this email today, it said the photos had not been enhanced, but even if they have, there is no denying the beauty of nature.

The first photo had this title:
The Day the Paint Box fell from Heaven'. (This is a real place outside Bakersfield , California )

We live in an awesome world.
Make it an awesome day.
Peace To All and May God Bless You
Live simply.
Love generously.
Care deeply.
Speak kindly.
Leave the rest to God.

Isn't our God awesome! Even though we don't get those glorious colors where I live, He gives us so much to be thankful for and to cherish each day.

Thanks for a beautiful post. Love the pictures.

That seems to be the challenge the world over: speak kindly. It's so hard for some. If only they could manage to at least be quiet if the can't be kind.

These are beautiful images. I always enjoy looking for beauty as I drive and run errands. Last Saturday morning, I noticed the mist on the river and the low clouds on the horizon. I haven't looked to see how my photos came out; I actually had to wait about 30 minutes to get back by for the shot. But looking for beauty on my drive to work or across town makes the drive so much more enjoyable.

I am with Brandi, we don't have glorious colors here, but we do have glorious weather (despite) the summer.

I like Roban's idea of looking for beauty as she drives. I have a camera in my purse anyway, I should do the sasme.

Yes, these pictures are so awesome. It's hard to believe they are not enhanced. The bottom line, however, is, what does it matter? They are just beautiful. I liked the inspirational words at the end of the post - a lot!

This is a little experiment to see what picture appears with my post. Please feel free to delete this post. Hope this is not to obnoxious to post a 2nd time as a test....

Lovely-even if they ARE enhanced (and aren't we all?) No intellectualising today either- we can relax! I'm only joking....I enjoy your debating style, too!

Lovely, reminds me of that film, "What Dreams May Come" with Robin Williams.

I'm a middle-aged rambler of a sort as well.

I love these photos, thank you for sharing them. A nice thing to see as I read through a few of my favorite posts today. Have taken another small break from posting myself. I am tired this weekend. Went back to work on Thursday. All is good but I really enjoyed the peace of these photos. Thank you!!
